the REITs certainly provide that and they are badly bashed down so good money will be made going through the wreckage

to be honest I am as happy as larry in this market. I had always decided to go and borrow when the "crash " came, and here I am!
Bad luck for those who leveraged up at the top of the market, but I guess that is how you have a market top. Nothing changes.
