Ceto 5's lack of results and the lack of communication regarding Ceto 6's delay over the last 2 years told some of us clearly that there were performance issues with the former and related redesign work being done on the later, a long, long time before Carnegie finally (almost on accident) confessed this much recently.

Trying to do the same reading around the words with the EMC side of the business is harder though. There's not enough words to start with.

You are 100% correct. They are masters at rolling the dice in different directions in the hope of distracting.
Their communications skills leave a lot to be desired--- or maybe they are very clever ??
