Not meaning to be a know all but coming from a Drilling background it’s not really that difficult to Drill and Cement a mooring. So long as Engineering is decided and Equipment is available then have at it..!!
Can anyone confirm who is Manufacturing the Buoyant Actuators (Chinese?), the PTO’s (Europe?)... I’m living the dream where eventually there will be a production line of CETO X and the backlog of orders will be as long as some of our Investors faces
