Yes, there are many questions surrounding the buoyant actuator and PTO but before they can deploy one, the anchoring system needs to be sorted.

I can't see how they could fit in the installation of the anchoring system and the deployment of a C6 buoy/s, all within 2018. I would think the installation and testing of the foundation system would probably use up a weather window of it's own.

There would need to be a hell of lot of work going on behind the scenes for there to be even a remote chance of a C6 buoy getting wet at Sandpatch in 2018.
