Its a totally crap deal. The directors are the only winners in this deal. Im voting no for everything. I rather loose all the money i had invested and claim a tax loss then see holdings reduced,share price further diluted and the directors sweeten there pockets with cheaps shares. What a crap deal for the shareholders who invested in this dog with flea
