reason for trading halt .., page-12

if the announcement was just that they had reached the production estimates, why would u put a trading halt on friday after the market had closed? It doesnt need a trading halt for such an announcement let alone a full weekend and mon and/or tues. The would only put a trading halt if they needed longer then the weekend for whatever is happening, therefore its likely they are in discussions about something with another party,
