He was CEO of Drillsearch and grew the company until it was in the position it is now. It seems as though it was his decision to leave as he wanted to grow the business and then leave to move into a new role such as where he has ended up now with ELK. Since Brad has left Drillsearch (DLS) it has plummeted from $1.10 down to the mid 60c range where it is now. It still holds a $327M MC so was over a half a million dollar company with Brad at the helm. When he took on the role at Drillsearch, the company had a MC of approx $35M!
It also seems quite evident that Brad had this position lined up with ELK given the short time frame between positions. This must have been for a reason.
Quite obvious to me that this man himself is the company maker. He bought into the company with this own money ($250k) and has since bought more shares on market. He has put his money where his mouth is and his record stands for itself.
