    Dow has be awarded $2B+ work but the SP still at sub 4.00, next big focus is the first train set in RialCorps hand.

    If it got accepted by Rialcorp the SP will shoot up to north of 5.00 within days.

    Dow has a good fundamental and a much better management team now.
