I was going to try and ignore most of the rhetoric you post ad nauseam but since you were tacky enough to call me a liar I'll say this.

I asked Wayne directly about the field trials - I've reported what he said, however there was a slight implication which I inferred but which was certainly not overtly stated that were the state regulators to be more sympathetic that they might try and do one - but he was emphatic that historically the reasons were primarily regulatory. I certainly don't want to put words in the guys mouth and he seemed to be saying that the regulators might be a little sensitive to commentary on what they might or might not do in the future.

Are you getting it now? (scratch that, no reply needed - we've heard more than enough from you... maybe do some work or volunteer in your community or something instead)
