I’ve been resisting any urge to chime into this nonsensical debate but the level of misinformation from assorted muppets on either side of the pro/con PEN fence has left me feeling it might help to throw a modicum of fact into the vacuum.

Any suggestion that there will be no field trials of a low PH solution is wrong. It is not possible to say that there will be such trials until agreement is reached with the Wyoming officials now overseeing permit licensing but my understanding is that permission to conduct such trials is being sought and seems to be favourably looked on by the state due to it allowing for testing things such as water quality remediation. Basically it would be useful to both the company and the permitters so I expect it will come about.

As an aid for the slow of thinking such a trial would benefit the company in more ways than proving their chemistry. Successful leach trials (working on the assumption that the results are positive, which remains to be seen) would allow the company to fine tune it’s chemistry and processes prior to full permitting and would allow for a reduction in time to get the new processing method up to full speed. The source of my information was the Shareholder Information session I attended. I’d recommend a few more people either invested in this company or interested enough in it to post here on a regular basis make the effort to attend them in the future.
