I saw a recent presentation with some figures that looked OK, from memory. But so did BLK's. You only really know if its a toad once they are operating for a while.

EAR is some way from actually mining its ore - needs to do a range of things before that can happen including do a DFS and raise capital (CR on the cards perhaps?). EAR has a substantial number of shares on issue already so one question is how many more before going into production, and what will be the full cost of getting to that stage. Its best to be well capitalised before proceeding to mining stage (see BDR, BLK, KIN etc issues.)

Good money may be made on EAR if they can find a high grade deposit near the plant to blend with the 1.7 g/t ore they now have to lift production well past 100k ounces pa (say to 150k ) at a consistently lower AISC, say AUSD1000, while extending LOM and there are no or very few additional shares issued.

I am not here to lose money. I just recognise that plans go awry, even though I hope that does not happen. I do not think this is another VRE or NAV disaster just because they are using the same plant.

loki (BLK, BDR - whats wrong with goldies having the letter B. This is my first goldie starting with an E, so perhaps it will have a much better outcome.)
