MR, just cross checking some of those figures you've quoted as the $500k p.a base salary for 2 directors doesn't stack up to what's been put in the quarterly expenditure report.
Last year's Annual Report states that BB is on $1675 + GST p/day on an as required basis. Meaning I'm assuming he doesn't get paid when he's not on the job.
Check this month's forecast Q expenditure;
Staff - $50k
Admin - $40k
Do those figures over a year stack up to your quoted $500k of fees for 2 x directors?
