In my opinion i think the previous share price highs are a very distant dream i would agree. Not only does it look like the business model and market cant / wont support doubling the revenue every year which the previous analyst valuations appeared to be based upon, but the fact that the share base is now probably double what it was previously simply dilutes the price.
However on a more positive note, from the position they are in now a well run company with decent products should be aiming for a decent flow of new contracts in select markets which with a controlled cost base puts them into a break even or small profitable position over the next 2 to 3 years then yes the share price could well head back up to between 20c / 30c territory. The problem would be if they don't achieve that or they keep needing money and issuing more and more shares which dilutes everything.
From where they are now if they could get the share price to 20c would personally carry the management team to the pub on my shoulders and buy them beers all night!
