    If you attend the AGM ask specifically if the free employee shares are destined for Keri Clarke.
    Its a valid question and one that should be part of shareholders consideration before voting on this.
    The two brothers have been working together for many years, at Coho Energy and Marion.. Coho Energy went bust in a spectacular fashion.
