BM, Good post & great questions asked by you. I have thought the same. So pissed off that the management that ran us into the ground will be handsomely rewarded. They should be made to wait for their remuneration after we are sold. Paid in cash but only half of what is proposed.

Not sure how these guys live with themselves.
Us shareholders that saved the company with the December options cant get them at a fraction of the price. Go figure?
