You are right on the money Longwalker. No company will bother to attempt a takeover with Tremont owning 60%,and the market knows this. This is why the share price is not moving as the smart money knows this.
Therefore the offer from Tenmont will be low, probably in the mid 40's.
Our only hope is for another party to buy us out at a reasonable price,s ay 70c so they can hold out on Tremont.
Unfortunately either way we are the bunnys here.
