Hi Bungalow - I (respectfully) disagree with this bit of your post. I believe there has been instances where the Board could have been more informative with their reporting, especially when clarification to shareholders has been needed (IMHO at least) around previously released information.
However, in terms of "professionalism", that seriously came into question when not one Director attended the 2016 AGM. There was no reasons given for their absence. I thought this was disappointing, given each of them had attended 100% of their Board meetings throughout the year.
At other AGM's I've attended, the Chairman and at least one other Director have not only been present, but they seem to be happy to meet with their shareholders.
I retain my confidence in the Panda Hill project - and what value it can deliver to shareholders (based on the information released) - that is,if shareholders keep their nerve and allow it to get to production.
