I reckon we'll hear our little panda roar soon enough.
My best guess is that when things finally start to happen, they will happen very, VERY quickly. Trading halt, offtakes and finance announced, and a takeover offer on the table almost immediately after.
If you were considering a takeover, would you wait for the market to wake up to Cradle after offtakes and finance are locked in, and would you let the share price go for a nice run on high volume before making an offer?
This could all be over before you blink, subject to shareholders accepting a potential offer.
