    Hi,

So I've just been trying to gauge what the potential value for UTR is if all of their current projects are successful. Admittedly I'm not qualified in the financial services field and am just using basic logic so please feel free to assist/educate.

There are 750.6 million UTR shares. The market cap is currently 19.5 million. If, as an example, Leclanche is happy with the tech and begins using it in all their batteries, signing a license agreement with UTR and then winning the Chinese electric bus fleet contract, would UTR value effectively be increased by a percentage of what Leclanche's market cap is? Is there some formula that is used to calculate this?
Would it be the same for all companies who signed on to use UTR tech? Ie UTR value increases by a percentage of the value of each of their signed partners.

With 750 million shares in circulation, the chances of getting to $1 each are pretty low, or are they? How many companies would have to lease the tech in order to push it from a $19 mil to a $750 mil? Or would it be calculated not on tech lease, but on number of batteries produced?
