First, your logic is a bit strange to compare rental with 10% of PrIME , i.e. $4.6 million, to compare rental with another totally different company??

I know you are trying to find some downramping points, but this is not the right point.

Although I work for mining company, but at least I know one Leika microscope-made in Singapore costs $5000-7000,
to set up and maintain a cleanroom, it costs $2million, $1m for sterilizing room...... so total costs of $20m is reasonable.

But maybe you even donot know what cleanroom is.....but keep making non-basis, funny posts LOL
