If our facility at Lane Cove has a rental of $170,000 per year, how is the Singapore property worth $4.6m? Or is this just another accounting trick (like the revaluation of BioEnquire)?
Another way to look at it would be that the $4.6m shares are only worth $170k, making PRIME only worth $1.7m, using their basis.
Thes guys make ENRON look like kids, as our old auditor suggested with their report to ASIC, the allegations of which, remain unanswered to this date.
