To be fair bas, i have always been polite. I have pointed out what you do a few times which i consider morally questionable but technically of no wrong-doing hence the reference to the terms of use, it actually warns users in there of such behaviour and people should be aware that many people use the tactic.

To caution me was over the top and really there was no basis for it and thats why i wanted some clarification. It would be reasonable to think that you were talking about legal action considering your employment. I am confident now that there has been no wrong doing, we will leave it at that.
