spoke with w. willessee and he claims next to no money has been spent since they settled all FUTs debts earlier this year, which was necessary for preparing the co for its new incarnation. now it is primed and ready to move.
i guess it isn't the worst time to be keeping your head down and quietly accumulating money in the bank. still some light at the end of this tunnel...
