Convince existing subholders to raise CR at 30c and allow existing holders to participate? They can raise $30m easily.
I understand it is not ideal solution and the Board probably will reject it but it will works out for everyone.

Gilead and the board will be working hard to recover shareholder's value. Net Debt $41m would be paid off over next 3 to 4 years. ISD share price is way overdone, imo.
