Very good to see someone like you posting rational explanation in this forum.  We have too many "naive " people in Australia share market which make it look more like a zoo than an investable market. 

someone famous once said " I would rather be approximately right than completely wrong", and you are very good enough providing a very useful analysis for many of us to learn how to value a company. 

as you have mentioned, the biggest elephant in the room of this company is the debt level and the rest are not in dire situation.

we all should have a great discussion like this everyday and every where rather than being tormented by the share price movement daily.  People should focus on the business and share price will follow.
