ISD did provide a very late downgrade in August 2017. They downgraded on 1 August and reported on 23rd August.

I think the market will react more on the outlook than it meeting guidance. The market is more focused on what is in front of a company than what has already passed. If the outlook is for further revenue pressure, competition pressure, etc, I would expect that to be of more importance than it meeting guidance.
