I think investors are starting to realise that last time this stock was in position (well not the same position because they had the disgruntled major Falak on the board and were not more then half way through an Enviro study or had the support of a State gov in desparate need of jobs) it was closer to 60cents.

Awareness I think is the key here because it looks pretty good - as long as you make yourself aware of the history and are comforatble with the progress they are making now.
