BTW I spoke to the CFO last week, she said they expect to announce the mortgage software acquisitions in 4-6 weeks, no leverage on these acquisition, but they will consider modest leverage on future acquisitions!
Modest gearing with such good recurring revenues whould appear sensible to me, but what would you expect, they are sensible people!
