He will probably pick over the individual assets rather than the complex business. Management unknowingly made CER/CNP a tough mouthful to swallow when they created the business structure.
I would have a guess that no company would look at an acquisition until Centro put forth a plan from the hired guns they are paying a fortune. Free consulting.
