I also believe that the going concern issues have passed for the company and I guess the price reflects the big fat cloud of the debt for equity deal cut by management with the banks. If a way is found to unwind this noose from the companies neck then I think others may hop on board and SP could head north.
Debt rollovers are less of an issue, although the Greece issue may bring back memories of Lehmans and tighten credit markets again. This is what CNP is very suseptable to and rollovers MAY become a hurdle.
Other items to assist will be possible write ups. Massive deleveraging around the world is occurring and prudent lending standards are coming to the foreground. CNP and like companies who did ride the leveraging train hard, will need to do the same to satisfy evolving criteria set by banks.
As long as the cash flow side of the business remains in tact after a restructure and value is not destroyed, then SP should push up from here definitely.
