Re: Moosey's posting of OncoRes Medical New's announcement earlier this month and Wink's comment that OncoRes Medical was a company set up by Optiscan.

Well, I tried to get a bit more info. on this and I did an A.S.I.C. search.

The search results showed that OncoRes is a company registered in W.A. It has its registered address and its principal place of business at the QEII Medical Centre, Harry Perkins Institute in Nedlands W.A. OncoRes has paid up capital totaling $1,600,001 made up of 1,600,001 $1 preference shares.

OncoRes Medical's directors are Katharine Giles from Wembley Downs W.A., Henry Stephen Grammer Thompson from St. Ives Chase, NSW and Samantha South from Wembley W.A. The company secretary is Kerensa Argyriou of Lindfield, NSW.

The make-up of the MRCF companies lead back to those mainly involved in OncoRes.

MRCF3 Services (HP) P/L. - principal place of business Melbourne, Directors: Christopher Nave and Henry S.G.Thompson. Secretary : Kerensa Argyrion.

MRCF3 Services (SW) P/L. - principal place of business and directors and secretary are as with the above MRCF3.

MRCF3 Services (CSL) - ditto

MRCF3 Services (H) - ditto

None of which sheds much light unless Giles, Thompson, South or Argyriou are known to a H.C. reader who might enlighten us.

But it all seems unrelated to an Optican involvement.
