you have mentioned the thing that concerns me a little. do some people know something we don't know? ie - have the systems that were sent to carl zeiss not passed their final testing? will they be sent back for final final final final final modifications? 5.4c to 4.6c........

or.... is it as you suggest, someone is pushing the price down in the hope of picking up some more shares. Normally I would be skeptical of that sort of theory/guess, but it does seem an odd time to be selling unless you know something that we don't know......
