The NHR price has been sinking because the company has seriously under informed the market. there has not been one profit update (correct me if I am wrong). No prizes for keeping shareholders informed with this lot.
The chart is starting to look interesting - an ascending triangle is forming and a break above 35 would give a target of 45c.
Surely the release of the second half profit would give this a real shake.
