If you mean move to 3.5c.....that is imminent

if you mean move to 5c....that is possible before Xmas

But a move to the teens, 20c + etc i.e. major major will only happen post suspension/raising/rights issue etc

Anything is possible though of course......especially when the game in question is coal in Mongolia....
