It's the Cadlao delay and the uncertainty. Nothing kills spec stocks like time, its almost as bad as poor results.
However, Albers on board will do me, safe to say he knows a hell of a lot more than any of us.
Indications all money will be spent this Q, suggests to me something will happen one way or another.
BTW stoked they are finally going hard at South Block A, things are happening, we just don't know about them.
