wBill, I'll submit no legal Blade/VIKING agreement can be formally inked, until the exisiting Blade/PKO agreeement is dissolved, ie: until settlement is paid the project %'s cannot be released.

Many times it's been suggested that PKO blew this deal, it may well be that Blade have blown it. Blade thought they could terminate easy as a visit to the WA Supreme Court, unfortunately the judge spat that move back in their faces, plus the bill for said action.

Until Blade settle with PKO, the original deal stands I reckon.
