Just continuing on, after all that negotiation, both PKO and Blade will have to go to Viking with a simplistic agreement. The reason why they must go to Viking, is they need Vikings money not just for traditional project costs but also for those other costs, mainly PKOs payment of $10 million and Blades payment of $7 million.
There are many places Viking executives could say 'no go'
