Q: given the judge has indicated that the Supreme Ct costs are to be paid by Blade, is it PKO who must initially pays the costs then Blade repays PKO, or is it normal practice for Blade to pay direct to the PKO solicitors?

The reason being the Peak solicitor will be charging interest.

Also what if PKO included excessive costs in their legal bill, which they may have done. That needs to be dissected and agreed, then the interest is payable by who?
