PKO lawyers have still not been paid and that was confirmed at the recent meeting as was the fact that Blade is responsible for all legal fees.

Actually I think I recognised one of PKO lawyers was at the recent meeting.

If Blade were forced to pay the legal costs pronto which is what is right in line with the Judges decision, then Blade would probably go bust.

So that's where PKO has immediate leverage over Blade. IMO.

Anyway the above is probably true, but without Viking funding and execution it is meaningless.
