I reckon PKO have got Blade by the balls.

Basically the Supreme Cout said legal fee were to be paid by Blade. PKO used QC and a 1st tier legal company so there would be a very large legal fee particularly when the case was to be heard on an urgency basis.

Anyway Blade would go under if they had to immediately pay the legal fee and that would be in nobodies interest.
so maybe there has since been an unannounced agreement along the lines of we PKO will agree to deferring your (Blade) due legal fee payment on the incontestable agreement that PKO have the legal rights over .... Cadloe etc.

I think such an agreement makes sense and PKO have had the time to have come up with such an agreement. Also such an agreement would not necessarily be needed to inform the market (Im not sure about that bit)

If I'm right, this is why the PKO directors are sitting so smug.

But anyway I want to see the sp drop so I can buy I few more shares.
Working 7 days just trying to get money to whack on the share mkt.

CHN is outstanding value, along with SRZ. IMO
