But, what was wrong with pursuing/continue with the idea of getting an IE do a report and tell the market if the offer was fair and reasonable.
That has got me stumped. For, one minute I, (over the phone) and the market, were told that they was going to get an IE to prepare a report that would show our full and true value of our company, and the next the ID report is not to proceed at all.
That needs to be answered/addresses IMHO.
