that letter dated 15 november : saying the offer will not be increased under
this offer.

the words" under this offer " are intersting.

This leaves it open for another offer after the 22 dec 2011.

Beach also say " In beach's view it is unlikely an alternative bid will emerge.

Hmm we would expect them to say that.

But they dont say its the last offer.

I will wait until I hear from the ADE board, then I can make my next decision.
