    BNR capped at $2.5M

    As at last quarterly had $2M in cash and scrip with "no immediate direct project expenditure"

    Sold 49% of the asset to PNR for $1.5M cash and $1.1M scrip

    Free carried on next $4M of exploration

    Project has a mineral resource estimate of 260k ozs @ 5.6g/t

    Now on the hunt for other acquisitions

    Also note that Matsa has been buying these guys up on market :-
