The current level of sellers totalling 33,674 shares shows that the sellers have deserted because the CR raising price has been achieved.
In order to sell 5 shares you must be a big player. This shows how the price has been manipulated since end of January 2018. The price then was 86 cents and since that date 16.9 million shares have been traded representing around 9% of issued shares. How do you lose 50 cents a share in value (58%) with only 9 % of your shares turning over? That means 91 % of your shareholders have stayed or increased their holdings.
The retail shareholders have been dudded again in an orchestrated move that had to be supported by a spineless management/ board. I have never experienced this before in the many public companies I have invested in.
There must be some sort of recourse other than ASIC or legal for this outrageous destruction in shareholder value.
One of my mates suggested a class action but legal action kills companies.
Any thoughts?
