    I am confident that the approval process CNX is currently navigating is separate from any political considerations the present Govt might have. As I see things, it is only a matter of time before CNX gets the necessary ticked boxes. After that will come the politics.

    The real problem is what others have noted ... the long delay and its effect on CNX's finances.
