You have to ask your self why is this private equity fund investing $2.4 million dollers and taking a major steak into Cell Aquaculture ?

Yes we have more dilition and I think they bought in at a very good price, but Cell is very good cashed-up and you would have to ask yourself what are they going to do with the money ? it puts the company in a very good position.

Linnaeus plan to meet with Cell in Perth and Malaysia to review growth plans and further funding, this company would not invest this kind of money with-out doing there own research, I think things look very good going forward, also the appointment of a finance director tells me that this company planes to grow.
