ill also add one of my brokers just sent me a charlie aitken note in which he is saying to get out of aussie 'yield' plays - and i agree with him 100% unless its
a) a reit or developer with residential exposure (eg. MGR or SGP), or
b) BOQ because it has the near term dividend to attract buyers and because its disproportionate exposure to qld - with brisbane/ gold coast likely the next 'boom' residential property area.
Id be a seller of all the big 4 and bendigo and most of the domestic office/industrial reits.
