    reading thru the Offer Document:

    The company and Underwriter (Novus Capital) will decide how to deal with any shortfalls.


    Since the offer is "fully underwritten" by Novus I'd expect any shortfall to be taken up by Novus

    Anyone with detail info on Novus Capital?
