Don, I'm very familiar with the IFE forum; in fact you lifted one of my posts from there. However, no one has said there that the report has left the DAC office yet, though of course it may have. Thus, unless you have received the information from anther source, such as by ringing the DAC, then your pronouncement could be a little premature.
