re: some support Thanks Emset, I thought the permitting for c.cky swamp was the hold-up, you are right its spec, but a spec that has JV'ed from the beginning to defray costs and I calculated that its cash backing is about 17c/share (atm) so it seems well managed and well cashed and like you say some handy tenenants in the Grawler, so anyway I'm happy with the entry price, good luck to all, cheers
